Assembly instructions

Once you have accessed the back of the dryer:

1. Thread the belt through the motor pulley.

2. Then guide the belt, through the tensioner*, to the side of the drum (* there may be 1 tensioner, 2 tensioners or none).

3. And begin to turn slowly and with force. That is, it is mounted like a bicycle chain

Why do belts break?

Most dryer belts break for the same reason: because they burn. You will know that your dryer belt has burned because the ends of the belt have become slightly curved inward and the inner grooves have been worn down. To prevent the belt from breaking for this reason, it is advisable not to overload the dryer or dry shoes or sneakers. This way you will prevent the drum from jamming while the motor pulley rotates and the belt burns.
