Organic
FREEZE+ refrigerant liquid is an organic product developed to replace traditional chemical refrigerant gases. The product is composed exclusively of natural organic substances that do not affect the ozone layer with minimal greenhouse effect.
Save maintenance costs
FREEZE+ is available at very competitive prices. In most applications it will drastically reduce energy consumption. This equally reduces the pressure and wear on all system parts. In many countries conscious of the energy problem, greenfreeze technology is used in the production of air conditioning and refrigeration systems (such as Bosch, Siemens, Miele, AEG, Electrolux, Whirpool refrigerators,...) reducing consumption by up to 40% less energy. Similar results can equally be achieved by replacing existing systems and making them work with FREEZE+. Your compressor will only consume 2kw when FREEZE+ is used in a car air conditioning system. When used in a mobile air conditioning device, it will be colder or at least as cold as with R134a or R12, but without chemical substances.
Filling instructions:
» Recover the original refrigerant liquid into a suitable container. Check if the system has leaks. If there are leaks, repair them before proceeding with filling. FREEZE+ is a flammable product. It can only be tested with an electronic hydrocarbon leak tester, soap bubbles or a fluorescent detection liquid. Use the product in a well-ventilated area and keep it away from heat sources.
» A vacuum of only 25cm Hg (10 in Hg) is advised, but it is not necessary. FREEZE+ is charged as a liquid.
» Locate the low-pressure side connection of the compressor. It usually has a blue or black cap (do not connect on the high-pressure side, it could damage the system).
» Remove the low-pressure cap. Connect the hose to the system by passing it over the connection piece, check if the coupling piece is firmly connected. If you wish, you can also connect measuring instruments. All this is done with the compressor disconnected.
» Keep the cylinder upside down during filling. Once you have reached a minimum fill, start the compressor and set the air conditioning to maximum. If the compressor starts and stops every 45 to 60 seconds, stop filling. Check if the air is sufficiently cool. If not, or if the compressor continues to run excessively, add small amounts of FREEZE+ by opening and closing the cylinder valve. The low-pressure side pressure should be between 30 and 38 Psi (2.2 and 2.7 Bar).
» After checking the pressure and temperature, disconnect the filling hose and measuring instruments and place the FREEZE+ label in a visible place on the air conditioning unit. » Do not overfill the system! Be patient and let it run for several minutes before adding more FREEZE+. If you exceed 50 Psi (3.5 Bar) on the low-pressure side, it may damage the compressor. If you overfill the system, this may affect cooling efficiency.
