✅ Pressure cooker gasket. WMF C.O. 6068559990. 220 mm inner, 250 mm outer. Made for 3, 4'5, 6'5 and 8 litre pots.

✅ Before first use and after each use, wash the gasket with water and dish soap, then rinse. When you are not using the pot, leave the gasket fitted on the lid, unclosed and with nothing pressing on it, to avoid deformation. This gasket is what keeps the pressure cooker from losing pressure at the side of the lid.

✅ Important: fit the gasket on the lid so that it sits fully on its upper inner part, making sure it does not ride over the centring lugs.

✅ It is advisable to replace the pot's rubber gasket when you notice dripping from the side or condensation on the handle.
