Air Dislim 1 Liter Technical Solvent Cleaner Hvac Circuits

✅ Properties: AIR DISLIM is a technical fast-evaporating solvent-based product for the internal flushing of refrigeration circuits, cleaning of automotive air conditioning systems, refrigeration and industrial cooling.

✅ Cleans and flushes out residues caused by compressor or filter failure, carbon deposits, oil, minerals, etc.

✅ It does not attack the metals or plastics used in the installations; it can be used with pressure cleaning equipment that accepts solvents, or syringes.

✅ Applications: AIR DISLIM is used undiluted and can be applied with a solvent recirculation pump inside the circuit, in a new installation, refrigerant change or after compressor or filter failure.

✅ For cleaning parts and tools, use by immersion or spraying.

✅ Directions for use: Empty the circuit, leaving it without refrigerant and excess oil.

✅ Disconnect the circuit from the rest of the machine's components.

✅ Using a solvent recirculation pump or applying the product with a syringe, then purge with nitrogen.

✅ Recirculate AIR DISLIM for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

✅ Empty the AIR DISLIM from the circuit, checking that no residues of any kind, or product, remain.

✅ Dry the system as a whole and reconnect the machine's components.

✅ Container formats: 1 litre jerrycans.

✅ Physical properties: Appearance - Liquid Colour - Colourless Odour - Characteristic Flash point - < 10 oC Qualitative composition: Aliphatic Acetate.
