The IPERVAC kit consists of:
New EW4900 extractor with double valve and connection for IPERVAC tube and vacuum gauge.
The EW4900 allows you to disassemble the internal mechanism of the service valve, and then open the passage to its two integrated connections, being able to use its M 1/4" SAE connection for vacuum gauge connection or analyzer-charge hose connection. Rotating H 1/4" connection port for installation connection and M 3/8" SAE port for IPERVAC hose connection. The M 1/4 and M 3/8" SAE connections incorporate shut-off valve.
New IPERVAC tube of 1500 mm, internal Ø of 10 mm and 3/8" connections. The IPERVAC hose is designed specifically for vacuum, significantly reducing the time needed to reach the desired vacuum level. Its internal Ø of 10 mm allows greater performance and efficiency than standard piping of Ø 5/16", thanks to reduced pressure drops. The IPERVAC hose is optimal for directly connecting the vacuum pump with the EW4009 or the vacuum pump with the VAC port if we are using a 4-way analyzer.
