Safety valve 8.5 bar 1/2 electric water heater standard

Relief pressure: Relief or discharge pressure of 8.5 Bar. These relief pressures are marked on the valve body in a visible and unequivocal manner. The tolerance range in relief pressure is determined around ± 0.5Bar.

Working medium: Mainly water for domestic use and for water heaters or heating boilers.

Working temperature: 0-95ºC.

This valve guarantees proper operation of the water heater or boiler due to its dual function; as a relief valve and as a backflow prevention valve.

Minimum inlet pressure: 1 Bar.

Components manufactured in stainless steel provide better valve performance as well as extended service life.

Special design of the control knob with safety and locking screw to prevent incorrect or improper use of the relief system.

Special design of the overpressure discharge outlet, easily adaptable to any flexible hose on the market.

Connection threads: Male-Female threads according to ISO228 standard (BS2779).
