Tracal 1 Liter Antiscale Control Corrosion Water Circuits

Properties:

TRACAL AX NF is a combination of corrosion inhibitors designed to effectively protect all metals normally found in closed recirculating systems. Its application extends equipment life, prevents process contamination and corrosion losses. It does not affect rubber or other non-metallic materials in the system. It is compatible with antifreeze.

Applications:

Multifunctional treatment product for corrosion and scale control in closed recirculating systems. It is applied to any type of closed circuit whether for heating, aerothermy or refrigeration in a temperature range up to 150oC.

Instructions for use:

The product should be introduced into the circuit through the expansion tank. If the total volume is unknown, partial additions and pH controls should be made until the established optimal value is reached.

The recommended average dose is 1.5% of the makeup water.

Correct dosing should achieve a pH of 7 in the circuit. The product is provided with an indicator dye that allows you to see the depletion of its effectiveness (discoloration).
