Producto técnico base solvente de evaporación rápida, para el lavado interno de circuitos frigoríficos, limpieza de sistemas de aire acondicionado en la automoción, refrigeración y frio industrial.
Limpia y arrastra los residuos causados por rotura del compresor o filtro, depósitos de carbón, aceite, minerales, etc.
Se emplea puro sin diluciones, puede aplicarse mediante una bomba de recirculación para disolventes dentro del circuito, en una instalación nueva, cambio de gases o después de la rotura del compresor o filtro. Para la limpieza de piezas y herramientas utilizar por inmersión o pulverización.
El envase contiene un litro.

AIR DISLIM is a technical solvent-based product with rapid evaporation for internal cleaning of refrigeration circuits, cleaning of air conditioning systems in automotive, refrigeration and industrial cooling applications. It cleans and removes residue caused by compressor or filter breakdown, carbon deposits, oil, minerals, etc. It does not attack the metals or plastics used in installations and can be used with pressure cleaning equipment that accepts solvents or syringes.
Applications:
AIR DISLIM is used pure without dilution and can be applied using a recirculation pump for solvents within the circuit, in a new installation, gas change or after compressor or filter breakdown. For cleaning parts and tools, use by immersion or spraying.
Instructions for use:
Empty the circuit leaving it free of refrigerant fluid and excess oil. Disconnect the circuit from the rest of the machine elements. Using a solvent recirculation pump or applying the product with a syringe and then sweeping with nitrogen. Recirculate AIR DISLIM for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Empty the circuit of AIR DISLIM, check that no residue or product remains. Dry the system in general and reconnect the machine elements again.
