Properties:

AIR DISLIM, is a technical product with a quick-evaporating solvent base, for internal washing of refrigeration circuits, cleaning of air conditioning systems in automotive, refrigeration and industrial cold applications. It cleans and removes residues caused by compressor or filter breakdown, carbon deposits, oil, minerals, etc. It does not attack the metals or plastics used in installations, and can be used with pressure cleaning equipment that accepts solvents or syringes.

Applications:

AIR DISLIM, is used pure without dilutions, and can be applied using a recirculation pump for solvents within the circuit, in a new installation, gas change or after compressor or filter breakdown. For cleaning parts and tools, use by immersion or spraying.

Instructions for use:

Empty the circuit leaving it without refrigerant fluid and excess oil. Disconnect the circuit from the rest of the machine elements. Using a recirculation pump for solvents or applying the product with a syringe and then do a sweep with nitrogen. Recirculate AIR DISLIM for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Empty the circuit of AIR DISLIM, verify that no residues of any kind or product remain. Dry the system in general and reconnect the machine elements again.
